Everything on Display photoI am quite lucky to get into this show-equipment store earlier. The drizzle had started to fall down when we were both still inside the subway but it was abating along with my steps chasing her hurried steps climbing up the subway escalator to reach the store before harder rain dampens the area.

There are not many people inside the store at the moment. But I see a lot of show equipments, utilities and gadgets throughout the place; everything for show is on display here — from some simple things such as logo mats to big tents for a show. Amazing! There are many things that are function mostly for show, exhibition and performance. I wonder if an exhibition my company participates in costs a lot of money only for the booth decoration and accessories. And I am sure it will be a lot more because what I am coming here is to get plenty of things for the upcoming local exhibition my company would join in.

My friend points at the part of trade show carpet section on the corner of the room and she starts moving. And while walking toward the place I notice some accessories which are used to beautify a booth. They are made of real materials but some are from imitation. Some imitation window blinds look interesting though it is probably only used once or twice in a year.

Arriving at the carpet place, we look for the motive our boss wants to apply on the wooden trade show flooring. We still have the flooring from the last exhibition in another city few months ago and it is surely still in good condition. After searching for a while, we don’t get the color we want so we decide to get help from the shopkeeper. A person in charge approaches us with nice smile and understands what we want. Then she excuses us to get the required carpet from the warehouse.

While waiting for the shopkeeper with the carpet, my eyes are caught by a nice shape of blue canopy with a logo of the store. It is nice; the logo canopy is positioned in the other entrance so it will really attract visitors. The blue color of the canopy really matches with the red and light green logo; I wonder if our black-and-yellow company logo is applied on that canopy. That would be really good.

Some Things to Do Instead of Smoking photoSmoking…Maybe has become a habitual a lot of people. I think there is bad habit. Some question in my mind, What is a people get after smoking?? I think smoking same like kill yourself slowly.

It is as tough to quit smoking as it is simple to take up smoking. Yet if you can keep your attention focused on other stuff and totally away from the cigarettes, you can definitely stop smoking. Below is a listing of some of the things you can do to keep your intelligence centered away from smoking and into other, better activities.

If trying to keep your intellect off smoking, try reading a fiction. This is as they are mind engaging and so can easily distract you from pondering smoking. Avoid any philosophical readings as they might not be able to capture your attention that well. If you are not much into reading books, then reading a paper or magazine can also be sweet choice.

Go for a stroll. Try and go for a walk in the green environment. The greenery around you may relax your intellect and have a relaxing effect discouraging you as well as body. Besides, walking increases the flow of oxygen inside the body, which helps in cutting longings.

If you’ve got a decent to good vocabulary, start work on a crossword puzzle. Maths expert should consider Sudoku. Both these games need a lot of focus and need intense concentra-tion. As you keep your mind in solving the puzzle, you will not have the time to think about cigarettes or about anything else.

Try and sleep over your smoking habit. Well it basically means that whenever you feel the desire to smoke, try taking a sleep. If you’re able to sleep at such a time, your cravings will instantly mellow down. If you find it tough to sleep, then try reading a very uninteresting book. This will so help you and will thereby help you sleep.

Call a pal. Who has the time to consider cigarettes when you are a part part of some engaging conversation? Call up your pal and talk about something interesting. It would be great if your mates or you have some gossip to share.

Another great idea is to practice deep respiring, especially in the early morning air. Deep breathing is a great help for people who have a need to control their craving to smoke. Deep respiring, just like plenty of exercise, makes certain that your oxygen intake is maximum.The process is easy. As start, take a long big breath. Now hold it for an instant and then exhale. Repeat the method as many times as you would like, every time you get the need to smoke.

Go shopping.
Now you aren’t smoking, you are not smoking, you would certainly cash that you would have otherwise spent on cigarettes. Go shopping and reward yourself for giving up smoking. As you continue to buy things you like, you will not be reminded of smoking.

Gnaw some anti smoking gum.
These are specially made to supply you with nicotine and is safe from the nasty effects of smoking.

Next time you feel a craving for smoke, just follow the abovementioned simple things and in no time you will find yourself becoming a non smoker.
