Everyone have a dream to be a success man. Many ways which can you use. One of them is a franchise.
Before you go out and start shopping for franchises, before you start making lists of the industries, categories, types of franchises, or even the actual franchisor which you think you are interested in; I hope you will do a little soul-searching, and look in your mirror and ask yourself this question; “what will I do, and what am I willing to do to ensure that my franchise is a success?”
Although this may sound like a simple question, as a former franchisor founder, I can tell you that most people do not ask themselves this question, or they don’t do it seriously.
In fact, as a franchisor, I asked each and every one of my franchise buyers, what they were willing to bring to the table, after all, I already knew what we were bringing to the table, and it was listed in our Uniform Franchise Offering Circular or UFOC (the new offering circulars are called; FDDs).
So, think about this question; are you willing to give up some of your family life, as owning a franchise is not a 9-to-5 job? Are you willing to work under the umbrella of a team, and sometimes somewhat strict guidelines as to how you operate your business?
Super entrepreneurs, who have started many companies in the past, often do not make good franchisees, because they want to rewrite the system, change all the stipulations of the franchise agreement, and disregard much of the Confidential Operations Manual of their franchisor.
A franchisor has a perfect business model, and they don’t want it changed, because that would destroy the consistency of their brand name, and it would be met with challenges with customer expectations.
Why not do a little personality survey for yourself, do a little soul-searching, and really sit back and ask yourself; what am I truly willing to give up, and sacrifice to ensure that my franchise is a success?” You see, you must be willing to go along with the program, and therefore, franchising is not cut out for everyone. Please consider all this.

What is your dream business?? Do you imagine that??
