Tip 1: Rise Above the desire
Imagine the cigarettes as crutches. You always have this crutch to lean and soon it will be impossible without them on foot. The important thing to learn, is that once you go on your feet again, they would soon return to power. This is probably a little-known facts, but about half of what smokers inhale from cigarettes is pure air. Next time you hit it with passion, a few deep breaths and relax. You will soon be able to rise above the desire to feel fresh, and training.
stop Tip 2: All the reasons
Why do you want to quit? Do you have children? They want to live to see your grandchildren? Have you tired of the smell? Whatever your reason, write them down. Keep a diary of how you feel and the first entry in the list in bold, you have every reason to quit. List things like health reasons, cost, discomfort, bad breath, or other reasons, and make a list as long as possible. Also be sure how you feel if you made it list.
Tip 3: The good, the bad and the ugly
Once you have completed your list of reasons you wish to quit and how you feel after you exit, make a list of consequences is not to stop. Are other smokers in your family gets cancer? Are they dead? Do they have to speak through a hole in the neck? Would you not be able to pay the debt because you are always buying cigarettes? No matter how you follow, be sure to list them all. As already mentioned, you have to stop the consequences (good consequences, of course list). Keep them hope.
Tip 4: Break time!
Most smokers agree that smoking is a rest. If stopped, you give yourself a break, but do something. Go eat a piece of fruit or drink juice. This is important because the body will transform us all accumulated toxins. Fruit is to promote this process in several ways.
