What is Your Franchising Story? photoIf you a success man, you must have a story. Begin from start the business until now your business is successful.

Everyone has a story when it comes to franchising, especially if they have been a franchise owner of a small franchised business, if they have worked in the industry, or if they have worked on the franchising side of things. Most professionals have stories about franchising, because they are lawyers, accountants, consultants, or vendors to the industry. Most all individuals in our society have a story about franchising because they partake of the goods and services of many of the franchising companies in America.

It’s nearly impossible, and I’d say it actually is impossible not to have been touched by the franchise industry if you are an American citizen. After all, there are 550,000 franchised outlets in the United States. And it accounts for one third of every consumer dollar spent in our GDP. If you tried to live your live without ever going into a franchise, or spending a single dollar there, the chances are you wouldn’t be able to do it, and if you did, you wouldn’t be able to have everything that everyone else has or the quality of life you sought for yourself and family.

For instance, you might have a difficulty renting a car, buying a car, getting home repairs, buying your lunch, and I think you are starting to see the point. Everyone has a franchising story, luckily, most all of them are good, but occasionally as consumers we meet with dissatisfaction, but most likely we are good to go and content with the service and expectations.

Eighty percent of the franchise small business owners report that they are either very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with their business. And did you know that the consumers in America have been voting with their dollar for the franchise industry in record numbers for well over five decades.

So, no matter what stories you hear, remember you have a story of your own about franchising, and you should remember this when you think about the industry that accounts for nearly 1/3 of our economy. Indeed, it is my hope that you will please consider this.
