How to Get a Better Sleep at Night? photoI have one big problem at the night. I hard to get sleep better.

In this modern world, getting more and more people is suffering from insomnia or sleep disorder. According to the investigation, 40 million people are undergoing through the long term chronic sleep disorder whereby about twenty million of people are having occasional sleep disorder in United State. The insomnia or sleep disorder people will always feel tired and lack of concentration of their daily task. Therefore, they start to worry about their health due to lack of sleep.

Sleeping duration is depends on individual. Experts might suggest to have 7 to 9 hours of sleeping time every night for a healthy lifestyle but sometimes it only require 6 hours sleeping duration for certain people who are active. The duration is different from one and another, for example some sick people might need more time to sleep compared with the healthy people.

In order to get a better sleep at night, some of the important things need to be taken care. Many people use to watch television program before go to sleep either in the living hall or even on the bed. Some research done and shown those people that suffering sleep disorder are mostly having their television in their bedroom and usually fall asleep with TV. Therefore, avoid watching television program before bed is definitely a best choice to prevent from sleep disorder.

Sometimes, sleep disorder or insomnia also due to the type of pillow or mattress that accompany with you for the long sleep night. Most of the people will have the same pillow and mattresses for their rest of life, but whether it is suitable to support you is still a question mark. You can try to ask yourself whether the pillow and mattresses that you used currently will make you feel back ach or can let you fall asleep easily and better. This is to make sure whether you had chosen the right pillow and mattresses to let you sleep well all the nights.

Some people having the sleep disorder due to their diet as well. They don’t realise that even a small cup of caffeine drink can make you awake 10 to 12 hours and make you uneasy to sleep. Therefore, you should avoid any caffeine drink during the end of the day or even late in the night to avoid any sleep disorder or insomnia happen to you. Try to put up a habit to get rid of tea, soda and even chocolate late in the day to check whether it helps to improve on your sleep. If you still unable to fall asleep at night then you may try to listen to the relaxing music before bedtime where it may serve as a signal for your body to relax and time to sleep. You can buy any relaxing music such as slow jazz from any CD shop to free your mind and body for a peaceful sleep.

Although you can take any tablets or pills to help to fall asleep at night but this is just for a short term and it shall not be taken as the long term solution. Medication might have the side effect to your health compare to the natural method to help your improve your sleep. So, you shall approach to the more healthy and natural way to try to get rid of sleep disorder or insomnia.
