I never miss my time for exercise at the gym near my office. I go there mostly in the afternoon after work. First time I did it because I was just spending my time before going home. The street was always absolutely crowded then. But now, doing fitness and exercise there get to be my hobby. I could never miss my time for it. When I could reach the office early, I happen to do a little exercise. I even delay some jobs just for going to the gym. I guess I become a fitness freak.

What a Heart Hates   Oral Chelation photoThere is a fitness instructor in the gym and he keeps his eyes on my progress. He eventually supports me with some advice and helps. Taking good breath during doing the sport and take oral chelation after doing exercise will surely help improve my stamina.

Nevertheless, when I do some exercise too much, he reminds me of my health condition. All parts of my body must go along well with the exercise being done. Full attention must be maintained during some hard activities such as weightlifting. It is one of my favorite things to do here, and I always feel that my heart beat so fast.

To support my muscular development with some supplements, my instructor always tells me to listen what my heart hates. As a matter of fact, I don’t really understand what he meant but soon I find out that makes my heart beat too fast it means that the exercise or supplement I take is not compatible with my heart condition. It means also that I have to determine which exercise I must do based on my stamina condition, and which supplement is good for my heart. Of course, I love my heart, and I don’t want it to be too weak or too strong.
